Taking advantage of the stunning views over the sea, the design concept for The Cove residential development centers on creating ‘a minimalist and calm lifestyle’, reflecting the island way of life. Five luxury residences with panoramic views over the Gulf of Thailand are provided within exotic landscaped grounds, with each property reflecting a relaxed approach to life. The architecture and interior design incorporate subtle details which pay homage to local sabai-sabai island life, beach culture and the surrounding natural environment.

A light and elegant selection of natural materials using locally sourced elements, that softens the architecture and settles the building naturally within its natural surroundings. Timber roof shingles, sandstone floors on the outdoor and laminate wood on indoor spaces, with limestone cladding on facade and timber decking on pool areas.
