The project is a commercial building in a pivotal area in Muscat as the Site lies near numerous events and touristic attractions such as Muscat Opera House.

Our design team has designed a unique building that can serve more than one purpose by creating an atrium that divides the mass into two main buildings connected by bridges increasing the external façade and views of the main anchors.
