India Architecture Awards
Say it to a homeowner, a developer, a hospital trust or a government department, and they know what you won.
The name reads the same to a client in Lucknow and a collaborator in London: an architecture award, from India.
The title is clean – not named after a cement, tile, or paint brand. The jury evaluates the work alone.
No initials to spell out. Your credit reads the way a client will repeat it: Winner, India Architecture Awards 2027.
A practice’s team size and resources shape the scale and complexity of the work it can take on. Each practice size will be awarded a separate winner in every category.
10 or fewer people
Practices where the founders remain hands‑on.
11 to 30 people
Practices with growing teams and expanding portfolios.
31 or more people
Practices that can handle multiple projects across India.
How to count Count everyone on your permanent payroll, partners included. Interns don’t count.
Open to architects and interior designers, whether you practise as a firm or on your own.
From a sole practitioner to a firm of hundreds, in any city or town in India.
Built work and interiors completed since 1 January 2024, or unbuilt designs, all on sites in India.
The practice or individual who designed the work enters it, never the client or developer. Student work isn’t eligible.
