Oceano will be situated on Al Marjan Island and offer upscale living with clear views of the Arabian Gulf. The project contains 210 apartments, ranging from one to four bedrooms, penthouses, sky villas and five retail outlets.

Architects Firm X will lead all aspects of Oceano’s design which comprises two 17-storey towers connected with glass bridges. Spread over a 72,000m² built-up-area, the waterfront project also includes a private beach, swimming pools, gym and spa facilities, and basement car park. Dewan will also supervise the construction of the project, which is due to be handed over in 2026.
