The concept is based on the footprint of a ring  with a  diameter of about 500m. This ring is forming a landmark also orchastrated with light which can be perceived also from a plane. This footprint or ‘building zone’ is programmed as a pedestrian zone with only electric carts for  infrastructural care and disposal.

the ring is dilted according to the slope of the mountain. In the lower part it becomes a building structure itself and is bridging the existing levels. This bigger building structure is housing a sport hall, a fitness centzer, a shopping center, a swimming hall, a cinema and a shopping center. All care and disposal transport is hidden in  underground tunnels and is distributed via elevators and electric carts on the ring`s surface.

As you look inside or outside the ring you are always right infront of the nature.

The ring surface of the ring is designed nature and orchastrated with light. It offers a size which can be detected from passing airplanes.
