Refund policy

Entry fees are not refundable once paid, because evaluation and the work around it start the day you register. We do refund in the cases below, less the payment gateway’s fee.

When we refund

  • You were charged twice for the same entry. We refund the duplicate.
  • Your payment went through but registration failed, and we cannot complete it for you.
  • We cancel the edition or a category. Every fee paid for it is refunded.

When we do not refund

  • You decide not to submit an entry, or miss the deadline.
  • An entry is disqualified, including for the wrong firm size.
  • An entry is not shortlisted or does not win.
  • The fee period changes after you register. You pay the fee that applies on the day you pay.

How to ask

Write to info@indiaarchitectureawards.com within 30 days of payment with your submission code and the reason. We reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds, GST included and less the payment gateway’s fee, go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days, with a credit note against your GST invoice.
